参观须知

1.若您对已购买的订单有疑问，请在工作时间内（周二至周日10:00-17:00）联络“上海玻璃博物馆”微信小程序“在线客服”；
2. 门票经标记后，只限当天使用；
3. 请妥善保存门票至离馆；如遇工作人员检票，请协助出示配合检查；
4. 进入上海玻璃博物馆园区展厅前，请按需将背包、大型挎包、雨伞、三脚架等物至寄存箱寄存；贵重物品请随身携带，并妥善保管；
5. 博物馆展馆内允许拍照，但为避免影响其他观众参观，拍照请勿使用闪光灯；摄像器材未经博物馆许可，请勿携带入内；
6. 为了观众的参观安全，也为了保护展品，参观过程中请勿触摸、踩踏展品；
7. 上海玻璃博物馆园区展厅均为非吸烟区，为了您和他人的身体健康和公共安全，请勿在室内吸烟；
8. 为保持馆内清洁，请勿将饮料、食品带入；如有需要，可至博物馆咖啡吧享用饮料和食品；
9. 为了营造安静舒适的参观环境，请勿在展馆内奔跑、大声喧哗。

Visiting Requirements

1.If you have any questions regarding your purchased order, please contact the ‘Shanghai Museum of Glass’ via the ‘Online Customer Service’ on the WeChat Mini Program during business hours (Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00-17:00);
2. Tickets that have been marked may only be used the same day;
3. Please keep your ticket safe to present to the staff when needed;
4. Before entering the museum halls, please store items such as backpacks, oversized satchels, umbrellas, and tripods in the lockers. Please keep valuable possessions with you;
5. Photos may be taken in the museum, however, in consideration of the enjoyment of other visitors, please turn off the flash. Any videography equipment not approved by the museum may not be allowed in side the museum;
6. In consideration of the safety of museum visitors and exhibits, please do not touch or stop on any exhibit;
7. In consideration of visitors’ health and safety, please refrain from smoking on museum premises;
8. In maintaining a clean museum environment, food and beverages are not allowed inside the museum. Food and drinks may be purchased and consumed in the museum café if needed;
9. In order to create a quiet environment for the visitors, please refrain from running or making loud noises inside the museum.
