Ando

The Ando vases are composed of three elements. Each is a triangular column with curved surfaces that are generated by inverting isosceles triangles between the top and bottom of the shaft. The simple geometric operation conducted on the distinctively textured Venetian glass creates a product of a completely new character. Tadao Ando has never worked for a firm before which is why Venini wanted undertake this initiative which fits the recent celebrations of Venini’s ninetieth anniversary.
