因疫情停摆近百余日后,上海玻璃博物馆于4月28日宣布部分场馆复工,并严格控制各个时段的游客数量,做好常态化安全措施。5月17日,上海玻璃博物馆响应国际博物馆日免费开放号召,接待了2000多游客。
今年国际博物馆日主题为“致力于平等的博物馆:多元和包容”,这不仅指明博物馆在愈加复杂现实情况下所承担的社会使命与角色地位,更是强调博物馆应尝试打破实体与地域的界限,开创多元化表达形式。当日,学术研究经理阳昕通过在艺以及哔哩哔哩网络直播平台,与全国观众云游看展,带领人们领略玻璃发展的历史,并展现了玻璃风铃;金牌讲解员何雯也在现场为观众们带来一场绘声绘色的导览,微博号全程直播实况进展;上海玻璃博物馆馆长张琳先生在微博上为近半年馆内动态进行总结陈词,并发表衷心祝愿。
在这一网络数字技术被放大化的特殊时期,上海玻璃博物馆转化心态,思考如何以人为本地为虚拟观众构建个性化服务,而这些宝贵经验同样也联动进入线下展览教育之中,有助于所有艺术爱好者更多角度理解玻璃文化,并提升审美体验。

After the closure for nearly 100 days due to the epidemic, the Shanghai Museum of Glass announced on April 28th the reopen of venues, and the strictly control the number of visitors and other security measures. On May 17, in response to the International Museum Day, the Shanghai Museum of Glass was free to the public and received over 2,000 visitors.
The theme of the International Museum Day 2020 is “Museums for Equality: Diversity and Inclusion.” This theme not only implies the social responsibility and role of the museum in an increasingly complex circumstance, but also emphasis that the museum should try to break its physical limits and develop multiple ways of expression. On May 17, Cathye Yang, Academic Research Management of the Museum delivered an online guided tour via the platform Zai-Art and Bilibili, introducing the history of glass. In addition, He Wen, the best docent of SHMOG also gave the audience an illustrated guided tour, with live streaming of the whole process on Weibo. At last, Mr. Zhang Lin, director of the Museum, summed up the last six months for the development of the museum and expressed his heartfelt wishes on Weibo.
In this particular period of the network digital technology being amplified, the Shanghai Museum of Glass transformed to thinking about how to build a people-oriented and personalised service for the virtual audience, and these valuable experiences are also linked to offline exhibition education. As such, the experience could help all art professionals and amateurs to understand glass culture from a broader perspective and enhances the aesthetic experience.
