动 · 静

不仅是两个矛盾的形容词。

世间万物，皆可概括为运动与静止。

中国传统文化中更是将动与静上升为一种哲学。

玻璃作为一种静止的材质，内部结构却又保留着流动的状态，可谓是动与静的结合。

玻璃如同凝固的水一般，将形态保留。

此次展览将玻璃以灯工的技巧展现大自然的美妙瞬间。

将那些灵动的瞬间用特别的方式表现出来，保存着那些即将发生前的片刻平静。

作品全部由灯工工艺加工制作，灯工工艺作为玻璃热加工的主要工艺之一，使用高温喷灯加热玻璃使其软化，来塑造形体，由于玻璃是热的不良导体，喷灯并不能加热整团玻璃，所以在制作较大件玻璃制品容易炸裂，需要多年丰富的经验才可以控制。在整个制作过程中，我们努力用玻璃材质还原出一个生机盎然的鲜活世界。

Action·Silence

It’s not just two contradictory adjectives.

Everything in the world, could all be generalized into action and silence.

In Chinese traditional culture, action and silence are especially sublimated into philosophy.

Glass, as a static material, but has flowing inner structure, is seen as a combination of action and silence.

Glass is like a solidified water, and keeps its shape.

This exhibition will use the lamping skill to show the beautiful moments of the nature.

Using a special way to express the dynamic moments, keeping the momentary peace before something happening.

All the artworks are manufactured by lamping skills, the lamping skill is one of the most essential skills in glass hot working. It uses high-temperature blowlamp to soften the hot glass in order to make the shape. Since glass is the poor conductor of the heat, the blowlamp could not heat up the entire glass, so it could be easily exploded when making large-size glass artworks, it requires rich experience to control it. In the entire process, we are trying to use the glass material to restore a dynamic life.
