Enjoyed Halloween Party, Celebrated The Last Museum Night Opening
October 31, 2014
The Halloween arrived on time with the chill weather. The Halloween fans, whether they are children or grown-ups, came to the SHMOG to join in our Halloween party and celebrated the last night opening this year.
Children put their fancy Halloween costume on, from classic mother-daughter group of corpse bride, Queen Elsa from the hottest animation “Frozen” to boys’ favorite privates. Of course, everyone who came to the museum on the Halloween was presented with our free capes, witch hats, Jack-O-Latten or devils’ horns and any of these little tools could make the costume a little bit more interesting. What attracted children most was to paint their own pumpkin and encouraged their creation and imagination to finish the art works. The Fishing Game, newly released this year, was also popular around the visitors.
The most excited moment on that night was treasure hunt. The museum staff hid different gifts among the exhibition hall in advance, such as elaborated museum books, exhibition catalogues and cute BOBOLILI products. Tim Burton’s classic movie ”The Corpse Bride” ended the wonderful night, enjoying delicious beverages and immersing into the brilliant animation.
Although it was rainy and suddenly turned cold on the October 31st, the Halloween party and night opening gained a complete success. Let’s look forward to more interesting museum activities and enjoy museum lifestyle and the infinite possibilities of glass.
